Our classes are always FREE of charge to participants.
This 4-hour class will cover:
Firsthand survivor stories & experiences
Confidence-building skills
Striking skills to enable escape
Awareness tips
Comprehensive verbal and physical prevention strategies
Option for heightened adrenaline attack simulation with instructors
Please note that these classes include content involving sexual crimes and may be difficult or triggering for some.
