Escape Alive Survival Skills® trains women and girls ages 12 to 100 to stay safe physically, emotionally and intellectually.

The class is led in partnership with Drew and Daniele Serrano, owners of East Coast Training Systems and a team of highly experienced instructors and professionals with backgrounds in martial arts, self-defense, and law enforcement.

Our classes are always free to participants.
This program is designed to give women and girls ages 12 and older a fighting chance in the face of an attack. It is a combination of educational awareness and physical skills training.
1 out of every 6 American women has been the victim of an attempted or completed rape in her lifetime. 66% of victims of sexual assault and rape are age 12-17* *RAINN
Parent/guardian signature is required during the registration process for all participants under 18.
All classes are FREE to participants.
Please note that these classes include content involving sexual crimes and may be difficult or triggering for some.
