Several survivors from Jane Doe No More joined Samantha McCoy and Leah Juliett to advocate for eliminating the civil statute of limitations for child sexual abuse, establishing a three‑year lookback window for previously expired claims, and ensuring that protections for tech‑facilitated sexual abuse against children are explicitly addressed in the statute.
