Jane Doe No More is a survivor-led nonprofit organization founded in 2007 by Donna Palomba, who survived a harrowing home invasion and rape followed by revictimization at the hand of law enforcement. Built on a simple principle, the organization exists to ensure survivors are seen and heard: by giving people impacted by sexual crimes a name, a face, a voice, and a platform, society begins to understand that anyone can be a victim—and that support and justice must follow.

Today there are over 70 survivors from all walks of life who are part of Jane Doe No More’s Survivors Speak Outreach Team. Through education, awareness, advocacy and support programs, Jane Doe No More is helping prevent sexual crimes, and empower survivors to find their voice, advance their healing and go on to educate others.

The organization takes a unique approach. Survivors are not only supported, they also become educators and advocates, sharing their lived experiences in ways that transform understanding and change behaviors. Learn more
