We have some exciting news to share…
UNSILENCED
A New Original Movie Musical
This summer, Jane Doe No More brought together an extraordinary team of Broadway artists, filmmakers, musicians and designers to create UNSILENCED, a powerful new original movie musical inspired by the voices and experiences of survivors of sexual crimes.
Written and directed by award-winning director Daniel C. Levine, with music and lyrics by the extraordinary David Friedman, UNSILENCED explores the journey from silence to strength - and the courage it takes to reclaim one’s voice.
Filming took place in Connecticut in August 2026 following an intensive rehearsal and development process. The film features an exceptional cast of Broadway stars, including Donna Vivino, Pearl Sun, Angel Lozada, Kyrie Courter, Laura Woyasz, John Devereaux, Shaylen Harger, Ruthy Frosch, and SJ Nelson.
With principal photography now complete, UNSILENCED enters post-production as the creative team prepares the film for its next chapter.
