Megan

I am a victim of a sexual assault by a stranger when I was in college. I enjoy painting, drawing, reading, traveling, camping and sports.

I was silent about my assault for 19 years. Since participating in the Survivors Speak program, I have gained a comfort level with both telling my story and acknowledging to myself that this is not something for which I should be ashamed of or embarrassed.

Do not judge me by my success, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.
