I was sexually abused by my father from age 6 until age 19. In 34% of child abuse cases, the perpetrator is a family member. 

I have found that using my personal experience with trauma to help others has, in fact, been the very best medicine for me. I am passionate about helping others connect with themselves and find peace through creativity.
