I am a victim of child abuse by multiple abusers who were family and friends. I am a secondary English Teacher while also working toward a Trauma Recovery Coaching Certification. 

I have embarked on a deeply introspective exploration of the ways that my life has been shaped by trauma and shame. By virtue of formalizing my story - literally, putting the facts, dates, names and sequence into a cohesive narrative - helped me view my own experience from a distance. This helped correct the brainwashing of abuse. Jane Doe No More jump started my healing and "coming out" as a survivor.
