Founder of the Western Connecticut Girl's Basketball League (7th and 8th grade girls travel team league), Served as Commissioner for 5 years.
Was instrumental in the formation of the Middlebury bi-centenial committee(s).
Served on the Country Club of Waterbury's House Committee for 3 years and the Golf Tournament Committee for 3 years (2 as Chairman)
Coached the Town of Middlebury's Girls Basketball travel team for 5 years.
Coached many years and many teams (both boys and girls) in the in-town Park and Recreation basketball league.
Coached in Middlebury Little League and girls' softball.
Served on Holy Cross High School Class of 1974 Reunion committee twice.
