Donna Palomba, founder of Jane Doe No More, Inc. and three Chiefs of Police from Connecticut and New York presented  ‘Across State Lines: Jane Doe No More’ on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at the IACP conference in Orlando.

Jane Doe No More, Inc. teamed up with Mom & Pop Films of Easton, CT and Quinnipiac University to develop ‘Duty Trumps Doubt’, a roll call video for law enforcement responding to a sexual assault crime. Everyone attending this workshop will receive a free copy of the video and it is the goal of Jane Doe No More to give this video to police departments across the country at no cost.
