Maureen Norris graduated cum laude from Suffolk University in Boston in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Maureen graduated in December 1984 from Quinnipiac University School of Law in December 1984. She was a member of Law Review. Maureen is a partner in the law firm Kolesnik & Norris Attorneys at Law, Waterbury, Connecticut.
Maureen currently serves on the board of directors for Jane Doe No More, Inc.
