Kathleen A. McPadden

Kathy is Vice President of Human Resources for Naugatuck Savings Bank. Prior to this position, Kathy was employed at Naugatuck Valley Savings and Loan for twenty nine years, holding the title of Vice President/Director of Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor's degree in education, a Master's degree in organizational behavior and is a graduate of America's Community Bankers' National School of Banking.
Kathy has made the choice to dedicate much of her personal time to volunteer service. She has volunteered for the United Way of Naugatuck and Beacon Falls for 20 years and will be serving as Campaign Co-Chair for the 2009/10 and 2010/11 Campaigns, is a member of their Board if Directors and serves on the Golf Committee. She is one the Board of Directors of Wellpath. She annually volunteers as a Community Program Teacher for Junior Achievement. She has participated in the American Cancer Society Realy for Life of Greater Waterbury for thirteen years, is a planning committee member and served as event Co-Chair for the 2004 and 2005 Relays and served on the Hope Gala Committee in 2007. Kathy also volunteers at the annual Special Olympics Penguin Plunge in Accounting and Registration.
She was the treasurer for the now defunct, Naugatuck Valley Human Resources Council , served on the Northwest Regional Council for the Center for Financial Training. Kathy served on the Morris Foundation Board of Directors from 1991-1997 and again from 1999-2005, serving as Vice Chair from 2003-2005. Additionally she served on the Board of Incorporators for Waterbury Hospital and on the Board of Directors of the American Red-Cross - Naugatuck Chapter from 1999-1998.
Kathy resides in Naugatuck with her husband Jim.
